What Trendify provides
Trendify provides tools that generate on-chain activity and engagement for Solana tokens and related marketing services. We sell activity generation — trading volume, unique makers, holders, transactions, and (where offered) social and promotional services — billed from a prepaid credit balance.
No guaranteed outcome, ranking, or placement
Third-party rankings and listings (DexScreener, DexTools, Birdeye, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, exchanges, and similar) are controlled by those platforms and are determined probabilistically and adversarially. We do not and cannot guarantee any ranking, trending position, listing, slot, or specific market outcome. We generate the on-chain activity and engagement these algorithms reward; we never promise a placement. Any statement to the contrary is not part of this agreement.
Credits and billing
Services are purchased with credits topped up in advance. The price shown at checkout is the price charged and debited from your credit balance — one number, no hidden fees. Credits are not a deposit toward a specific wallet; each order is debited atomically from your balance when you place it.
Pro-rata refund policy
If you cancel a running order before it completes, we refund the unfulfilled portion pro-rata: refund = amount paid × (1 − delivered ÷ target) × (1 − a service-retention fee). Delivered work is not refundable. Refunds are credited back to your credit balance. Completed orders are not refundable.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for complying with the laws and the terms of service of any third-party platform you use Trendify in connection with. You must not use Trendify to defraud, to misrepresent a security, or for any purpose prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction. You represent that your use is lawful where you operate.
No financial advice; risk
Trendify is a tooling provider, not a broker, exchange, market-maker of record, or financial adviser. Nothing here is investment advice. On-chain activity carries market and execution risk, including loss of the capital deployed by an order.
Availability and changes
Features ship gated and may be limited to invited accounts. We may change, suspend, or withdraw a feature at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendify’s aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the credits you spent on the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for third-party platform actions, market movements, or outcomes outside our direct control.
